A Quality and Environmental Management System
according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 and 14001:2005 that was introduced in 2007
and certified in 2008 ensures the consistent high quality of the products and
the environmental compatibility in production. N-TEC GmbH thus also documents

Developer and manufacturer
The combination of practical experience as the
manufacturer of one-stop solutions and company-specific knowledge in the area
of storage technologies clearly distinguishes N-TEC from the competition. Because
of the know-how developed while designing its own solutions, the company successfully
completed the step as manufacturer of in-house storage solutions in the past
years. An in-house development department enables N-TEC to respond to and
promptly implement the special requirements of its customers at any time.
Sales
N-TEC products are distributed directly from the
production in Ismaning near Munich,
Germany. Customers
are found in the most diverse fields, such as medical engineering, digital
media technology, aerospace, research and teaching, or security and
surveillance technology. The list of customers reads like a Who's Who
particularly of the German industry. In the meantime, N-TEC products are now
sold in European and worldwide markets.
Service
The individual consultation of the customer comes
first. Experienced staff analyse the requirements and prepare a solution
co-ordinated to the needs of the customer. In the process, the customer
benefits from a profound Pre-Sales Support at N-TEC.
But N-TEC's work is not done after the local integration.
Now the After-Sales support steps in to help during the daily use of the N-TEC
products systems whenever required by the customer.
Training
In-depth system knowledge is imperative for the
optimum use of the products. N-TEC therefore offers individual technical
training courses that are tailored to the special requirements of the user. The
courses take place alternatively at the company headquarters in Ismaning using
demo equipment, directly with the user in-house, or online using the local
devices. Our consultants are exclusively technical employees with product
experience who not only possess theoretical knowledge but who also work with
the devices in practise.
Service and support
Different On-Site Service Levels are not only
offered nationwide in Germany, but
also within the EU, and if required,
N-TEC is able to provide worldwide
service for its products.
• Free support hotline Mon - Fri during our usual business hours
• Component Advanced Replacement NBD including warranty extension up to max. 5 years
Upon timely notification, spare parts will be sent the next working day and replaced by the customer himself.
• 5 (workdays, Mon - Fri) x 8 (hours, 9 a.m.-5 p.m.) x NBD (response time next workday) up to max. 5 years
After a fault report is received within the specified times, a trained service technician with appropriate spare parts will arrive on site the next workday by the latest to remedy the error.
Optionally, it is also possible to utilise advance replacement NBD.
• 5 (workdays, Mon - Fri) x 8 (hours, 9 a.m.-5 p.m.) x 4 (hours response time) up to max. 5 years
After a fault report is received within the specified times, a trained service technician with appropriate spare parts will arrive on site within 4 hours (only between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.) to remedy
the error. Optionally it is also possible to utilise advance replacement NBD.
• 7 (weekdays, Mon - Sun, including holidays) x 24 (hours, round the clock) x 4 (hours response time) up to max. 5 years
After a fault report is received within the specified times, a trained service technician with appropriate spare parts will arrive on site within 4 hours to remedy the error. Optionally it is also
possible to utilise advance replacement NBD.
